Our Return Policy:

We accept returns of untouched soaps within 1 week of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the soap must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please provide proof of purchase when requesting a return. Once the return is received and inspected, we will process a refund or exchange, depending on your preference. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Each of our Soaps are handcrafted with care, ensuring that while no two bars of soap are exactly identical, they are crafted to be as similar as possible. The natural variations in hand-pouring and our use of high-quality, unique ingredients give each bar its own subtle character, making every piece special. We strive for consistency in scent, moisturising propertys, and appearance, but the artisanal nature of our process means that minor differences in color or texture may occur.
